A gentle, continuous mind–body practice blending Yang Style Tai Chi and Qigong into a seamless flow of movement, breath, and energy.
This class offers a safe, non-competitive space to slow down, tune in, and listen to the wisdom of your body. Through moving meditation and uninterrupted flow, participants explore tranquility in the midst of daily life — cultivating balance, resilience, and ease one breath at a time.
There is no choreography or routine to memorize. The instructor guides participants into flow using mirror-image movement and a cueing method developed by International Master David-Dorian Ross. Movements may be practiced standing and/or seated.
